I am a singer song writer originally from Madagascar who just happened to fall in love with St Lucia while visiting friends who bought a house in Laborie further south. I fell in love with this house the first time i set my eyes on it; the unobstructed view from the terrace is what convinced me, I always wanted to have an isolated home in the middle of nature and I found just the perfect place. After 7 years of hard work the house has now an extension below where I can have my own space in complete symbiosis with nature and a wonderful salt water pool which was one of my dreams as I love to swim it's good for my back. I travel between New York City and St Lucia which creates a perfect balance for me. I love traveling, art in general, hiking, swimming, gardening, cooking, yoga… I am 64 years old and have a 32 year old daughter who lives in New York and is an English teacher. My partner Harvey is 59 years old and is a drummer/music producer; he traveled the world touring with different artists; he is into the arts, swimming, cooking, meditation and political conversations...I hope you enjoy this place as much as we do; whenever we manage to escape New York to come here we are always so sad to have to leave this magical place!

This is our little paradise; a lovely country home tucked away on 1 acre of manicured garden around a lovely infinity salt pool, very comfortable with a very quiet air condition in every room, overlooking the Atlantic ocean, perfect for people who love nature and tranquility. We are mostly surrounded by forest and farms so you can really slow down from your hectic life and experience living on the edge of the rain forest.

The house is in the middle of Nature with lots of birds flying around the flowers and the fruit baring trees on the property; the center piece of the property is the lap pool. The little village 10-15mn walk from the house called Mon Repos is a quiet neighborhood where many local farmers reside. Special hiking tours can be arranged which are guided by a local self taught botanist Melvin and are the highlight of the guests experience visiting the property; please book in advance as he is quiet popular. There is public transportation( mini buses) from the main road which is a pleasant short 10mn walk from the house. You can manage without a car as the village of Mon Repos where you can get all the essentials is 15mn walk from the house. But we recommend to hire a car during your stay;all the touristic attractions being spread all around the island that will give you more freedom to enjoy your stay to the fullest. If you rather not drive, We can arrange private transport for you when ever needed.
