Property consists with two bed rooms. There are air condition in both rooms. If any guest want room with air condition they will have to pay additional for it.There is 2 balcony. Holiday home consists of a kitchen with dining area and 1 bathroom with shower. Also available hot water. a flat screen TV is provided. Guests at the property can enjoy a continental and traditional breakfast. Tour packages and car rental available at this property.You can stay here like your home. Actually if one person book our property you can use the whole villa. And also if you want stay with alone, this is the best place. Because on your booking date or dates you are the only guest. This is situated in a village. You can catch the train and bus nearby walking distance from our property. This is calm and peaceful place with modern and antique decoration.

We always try to give the best things to the best price. And also we hope to spend our guest's valuable time to the important things.

We plan Sigiriya tour. And also evening Elephant safari (Kaudulla National park or Minneriya National park). You can see elephants more than 100, birds and other wild animals. You can stay one night in there and can see sun rise in early in the morning by climbing Sigiriya. There needs to be a book this tour in advance. You can enjoy elephant safari, elephant riding, elepant museum, and elephant bath in Pinnawala elephant orphanage. Railway museum in Kadugannawa. Real village safari with bull cart, traditional food domestry, making rubber process, paddy field, oldest house, natural water pool etc. Tea plantation, tea plucking, tea making process Historical hidden places (Gadaladeniya, Lankathilaka, Embekka) Jem Museum and Jem Shops Traditional udarata dance Cargills Food City, seetha Bakers, jinadasa thalaguli, Wine Shops and Bar,
