Domestic Villa's are located 2 mins walk back off the main Arugam Bay street, a short walk to the main street and beach, but far enough away from the party noise, offering you a tranquil + quiet sleep at night. We have 2 Brand New Villas built in 2025, each Villa has 2 new king-sized beds per room, good sized bedroom space for all bedrooms, and all new bedding and furniture offering a very clean and fresh environment, includes Fibre WiFi. Kitchen boosts a full size fridge and freezer, Blender, Kettle, Pot and Fry Pan as well as fulfilling all your cutlery and cutting needs. Each Villa is on its own property, completely fenced with large access gates and plenty of private front yard room and garden for parking or kids to play. Including clothes-line after use of your own private washing machine located at each Villa. There is security surveillance at gate, with ample parking for scooters or a car within the property, located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, and a short stroll to the main street.
