My Apt is new. All the furniture have been tailor made for best comfort. It has all amenities for a comfortable value for money vacation. Mount Lavania beach is 150 meters away from the Apt. Just 30 meters to the main road. A/C, hot water, Wi-Fi and cable TV are available with 24 x 7 security and CCTV. This Apartment is registered and Licensed with the Sri Lanka Tourism development authority.
