Perfect setting for anyone who appreciates the serenity and the tranquility offered by mother nature. The sea of greenery surrounding the property is a treat to the eyes and the breath of fresh air is invaluable. The calmness of the place adds value to the property and this is the perfect place to relax both physically and mentally. The property itself is very modern with all the basic features available that you would expect in a holiday home. And the location is ideal for any traveller visiting the beautifuli paradise - Sri Lanka. With only 20 mins from the Katunayake international airport, it is very conveniently located, and within close proximity to Colombo as well as the iconic cities of Anuradhapura, Pollonaruwa, Sigiriya and Dambulla.

I am a recently retired entrepreneur. The opportunity to host people from all around the world will give me the opportunity to learn about different cultures. I look at this opportunity more as an activity to enjoy my retirement phase whilst getting to know people and helping them have the best holiday. I have been privileged to travel to many countries and was lucky to be at the receiving end of so many amazing people with such great hospitality. I feel this is an opportunity for me to give it back to the community.

Marawila is a very popular destination for travellers to Sri Lanka. It is a very calm and peaceful town situated in the North Western province. The town is only 20 mins from the Katunayake Intl Airport and 2 hours from the city of Colombo. Marawila is famous for the golden sandy beach which is just a 10 min walk from the property. The town centre which is about a 15 min walk has ample restaurants and shopping outlets to fulfill your needs. The neighbourhood is surrounded by greenery and a bike ride around the area is essential to appreciate the flora around.
