My place is located in the heart of the gem centre, good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).This is a newly constructed building with six rooms air-conditioned, with hot water ,TVs and Mini Bars, Super King size beds with spring mattress. A spacy room about six hundred square feet with the veranda, almost a suite room, each room has a separate veranda or balcony the rooms are surrounded by lush green- like a forest and it’s in the Ratnapura city, only one minute walk to the Main Gem street (Demuwawatha). Ratnapura is a major city in Sri Lanka and it is the traditional centre for the Sri Lankan gem trade and also the Tea & Rubber Industries are major income sources here. This location is especially suitable for the persons who are looking to buy genuine coloured stones, you could visit the largest gem exporters to the minor gem merchants in Sri Lanka within a couple of munities time. If one visits Sri Lanka and plans to buy gems, this is the best place you will ever come across.
