Tea/coffee are available. Green space is a specially considered feature of this apartment. The garden is an extension of the patio & along the perimeter of the apartment bordered by a diverse collection of exotic trees & plants local to Sri Lanka.

The neighbours are extremely welcoming, friendly and respectful towards ones space and privacy. Rajagiriya has local attractions and it is convenient as a gateway to Colombo. Some of these attractions include: Rajagiriya temple which is <1.2km Rajagiriya sacred heart church is 1.6km Lake Diyawanna is 4.1km. It has many activities such as boat riding and floating deck. Diyatha Uyana is a public park for relaxing, embracing nature and enjoying playgrounds. It is a convenient location for local shops and superstores e.g. Front Yard Cafe (50m) & Keele’s (1.4km)
