We have 24/7 security at the entrance to the building and property manager to help you when ever you need any assistance or information.

Property info

We are just next to the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Crescat shopping arcade, Colombo swimming Club and the Shangri-La shopping mall. Most importantly City of Dreams. There is no safer and centrally located place than this. Your stay will be memorable. If you would like to go for a morning walk along the beach it is just in front of us along Marine Drive. Furthermore all the restaurants, bars, markets, grocery stores and Casinos are located within walking distance.

Next Colombo Swimming Club and opposite to presidential palace also Cinnamond Grand Hotel and crescat shopping Mall Just 100 meters cross the Road also the Casinos, City of Dreams only a 1 km away. We provide you the free parking
