My place is a brand new one bedroom unit on ground floor situated in Mount Lavinia. Access to restaurants and super markets within walking distance.10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to Main highway-Gall Road. Space comes with full Ari-conditioned ,with pantry and refrigerator. Fully equipped attached bathroom with hot water facility. Modern furniture with 2 double beds. Suitable for 4 adults or small family .Parking -available on the road out side the unit only. No parking in the property.
