The indoors remain homely and comfortable Our family home is situated within 5-10 minutes walk from Katubedda junction, K-Zone Shopping centre featuring a Children's play area, and Keels Supermarket, and Moratuwa university. We are also a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute taxi ride to the Regal Cinema - Cargills Square Complex which features a 3D Cinema, KFC restaurant and Cargills Supermarket. Tyrone Fernando cricket stadium is a 5 minute walk away. Our property consists of three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, and the other a twin room. The living room is large with a high-ceiling. There are three bathrooms in total. The house is fully tiled. The kitchen is very basic with a fridge, sink and cupboard space. There is ample garden space for outside relaxation, and a balcony on the front side which a garden view. Booking all three rooms will give you private access to the entire apartment The Queen room has an Air Conditioner upon request for an extra 1000 LKR per night Parking is available

Reliable and safe taxis and drivers known to us can be arranged Katubedda junction allows convenient public and private transportation options to Colombo city, and all parts of the island via the highway network at the Piliyandala Main bus & Coach station Bolgoda lake and several waterfront resorts, including Ramadia Ranmal in the Piliyandala and Moratuwa areas are accessble at around 10 - 20 mins by taxi Mount Lavinia Beach Resort and Hotel/ Beachfront bars and restaurants are approx 20-30 mins by public transport/ taxi Colombo city centre = approx. 45 - 60 mins (with frequent AC buses with a fare little over 200 rupees). Many restaurants are close by and home delivery is available for convenience
