My Husband (Tim)and myself (Christina) emmigrated from the Uk to Sri Lanka in 2019 We have a large beach side property and we are pleased to offer a double room en suite on the ground floor of our house to guests. We provide breakfast items included in our pricing for you to make a continental breakfast in the fully equipped kitchenette adjoining your room and is for guest use only. We have a large garden with a swimming pool and patio area which is also offered to guests to use included in the price We are situated just outside of the capital Colombo which is a 15-20 minute car/tuk tuk ride from us We are also a 5 minute car/tuk tuk ride from Mount Lavinia train station From the airport it is about 40 minutes to 1 hour to get to us We are a 5 minute walk to the beach at Mount Lavinia We love to meet new people and share all our local knowledge having travelled extensively within Sri Lanka ourselves. There are 4 Adults and one child aged 8 who live at Premelthi in the main house. The guest wing has its own seperate entrance and is adjoining the main house The room is fully equipped with linen and towels and toiletries and there is a seperate laundry room that you can use We look forward to meeting our new guests

We are in a quiet neighbourhood but within 15-20 minutes of the capital Colombo. We are also a 5 minute walk from the main Galle road which has plenty of shops, transport links and restaurants/ take aways We are on the beach opposite a Turtle sanctuary where you can visit Turtles and even release new hatchlings into the sea. We are very close to the railway line and the main Mount Lavinia train station offers cheap travel along the west and south coast as well as up country journeys into the central highlands
