Our chef is a specialist of local/international cuisines made out of local fresh vegetables grown in farms organically by villagers or with ingredients available in the Hotel. Many types of seasonal fruits for breakfast and deserts can be selected out of availability of them during the year. We have a separate supply chain management for meat and food items to the hotel and our gusts requirements are handled, extremely carefully based on religious beliefs of individual guest.

Savenndra Hotel, Nawagamuwa South, Ranala is located in unique environment surrounded by a village near valley of Kalani River where branch of river is bounded to the property. Villagers around the hotel are very accommodative and friendly. Place is calm and quiet with lager garden where guest can relax and enjoy the view. Nawagamuwa Pattini Dewala and Temple is 900m away from the Hotel is a historical location and prominent place in Colombo District Sri Lanka where many local attractions daily. It is recognised as a cultural heritage that has historical, architectural and anthropological facets of importance by the Archeological Department of Sri Lanka and declared the Devalaya as a protected monument in the country. Nawagamuwa also inherits archeological sites that that dates back to BC period as per archeological research conducted in the area.The Devalaya is popular among the local community for its miracles and to receive the blessings of Goddess Pattini. It is common to witness that many locals rallying to Devalaya for thanks giving as a habit and give away many foods and cloths to wanted people as thanks giving to the Goddess Pattini and conduct Puja(Prayer sessions) in the Devalaya. Also many Sri Lankan pregnant mothers go there to get blessings from goddess Pattini to their unborn Child.

"Rambutan" a variety of lychee, size similar to a golf ball which has a red outer skin with most noticeable about its hair-like prongs all around the shell that's coloured somewhere between neon green and orange is very-well known, famous seasonal fruit, in Sri Lanka grown in Malwana of Gampaha District. Many Rambutan Gardens belong to villagers are enlightened with beauty when the season arrives in April and June is very attractive. On the other hand Ranala and Kaduwela is the nearby cities to the hotel. Ranala and Kaduwela is more industrialised cities where many factories, warehouses and corporate offices are situated in the area. One of the major Free Trade Zones called Biyagama FTZ, Srilanka is adjoining to Kaduwela and Malwana is in the vicinity to the Hotel.
