Luxury house with a large garden situated in Pliliyandala, Sri Lanka. It is about 30 mins to Colombo CBD. Tuk tuk rides and hires to Colombo can be arranged at the property. There are three air conditioned rooms in the house. Triple room has a king bed and the double rooms have queen beds. Triple room has an ensuite bathroom and double rooms have a shared bathroom. Large living space including lounge and patio available for guest use. Guests are allowed to use the lounge and laundry facilities. A smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and local cable TV is available. Wifi is available at the property. Breakfast is included in the price. Additional meals can be arranged with the housekeeper for an agreed sum. You will be greeted at the property by the property manager Ranjith Nanayakkara. Meals, tuk-tuk hires and general queries can be arranged with the property manager. Ideal for expats or tourists wanting a relaxed time in Colombo.

Located in Piliyandala town tucked away from the main streets. Quiet and expansive living space. Close to takeaway shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Piliyandala town has a local fruit and vegetable market. Buses go to Colombo from Piliyandala. Public buses are very cheap (20 cents) but can often get crowded. Tuk tuk rides can be hired for the day from the property. It is close to Mt Lavinia Beach and Bolgoda lake. Close to the highway network that takes you to southern Sri Lanka. Good place to base your Colombo trip. Luxurious living while still experiencing the real Sri Lanka.
