People lovingly called Viper instead of Edwin who represented national Rugby xv against England, London Welsh comprising JPR Williams, John Dawes and John Taylor and against visiting teams, Viper captained The defense services and Royal Ceylon Air Force xv's. As an old soldier and and a Rugby stalwart the service standard and rugby culture prevails at the Tenthola.

Although 2.5kms away from the city the Tenthola facility is isolated from the rest of the world and when the shutter is down 100% of your safety is guaranteed. That beautiful ever hanging colourful famous Kandy knuckles range is your view linked to the balcony which is your front elevation from your lovely room. The large garden is full of fonna and flora and you will wake up when the bird's make different tunes in the morning.
