Situated in a quiet area in Ward Place, Colombo 7 and is in close proximity to a few coffee shops and many restaurants serving international cuisine such as Sri Lankan, Indian, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese,Chinese, Korean etc and also a 5 star hotel almost next door. Across the street is a supermarket and is in walking distance to few launderettes and Spa. Several banks and ATM's are in close proximity. All leading shopping malls in Colombo are within 10 min taxi ride. Leading government and private hospitals are within easy reach Several attractions such as The Lotus Tower, The Independence Square, The National Museum, Viharamahadevi Park, Galle Face Promenade, The historic Gangaramaya Temple and Seemamalakaya, few Casinos are within easy reach.
