Apartment and a house is in a private property, so you will not be disturbed by neighbours. The house is divided to two flats with separate entrances. ***Important notice!*** * All guests must have and show their valid ID document (in case of self-check in need to be able to send a picture of a valid ID). * PETS are allowed to stay, however, you must inform us about any pet coming with you. An extra charge might apply. * Parties are NOT allowed at the property (quiet hours from 9 p.m. till 7 a.m.). * Extra guests and unauthorized people are NOT allowed to visit unless you have our permission. * Because of our legal working permit, if the Lithuanian company rents the property and needs an INVOICE, the company will be obliged to pay additional taxes to the government. Any violation of our house rules may result in penalties.
Impressive surrounding because you can be close to both city and nature. The apartment is just 10 min drive to the city center, 2 min drive to the beach near the lake, 5 min drive to the beautiful Raudondvaris castle. 5 min walking to the nearest supermarket. Perfect for people who are traveling by car.
