Newly renovated Art Deco style 3floor house with 10 self contained flats. High ceiling, bright, very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Great location - only 20min walking distance to Old town, 15 min walking dist. to shopping and entertainment mall Akropolis, Švyturio Arena, 15 min to Old city market.

Very quiet residential area. Gated huge courtyard. Free car parking guaranteed any time, also, there is a place to keep bicycles. Charging station for electric cars - within 10min walking distance.
