The flat is in the top of highest flat building in Baltics. The view from flat is unique and you didn't find somewhere. Sitting comfortably in the loggia, you can see the entire Curonian Spit, which is a UNESCO site, the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The port of Klaipėda, with the famous 'independence' gas terminal looking south. Over breakfast or dinner, you can admire the view of Klaipėda's Old Town and the gates of Klaipėda Harbour. . You can see aprox. 20-30 km area around the building. Just few minutes by walking you can reach ferry to Kursiu Nerija, Švyturio arena, shopping and entertainment center “Akropolis”, there are plenty of restaurant, ice arena, forum cinemas and more. The nearest Palanga airport. If you travel with the car, there are private parking place in closed underground garage.
