Our home consists of 4 different apartments that we rent: ApartHotel SAVAS 3 Studio and parking (max 2 people). 😊😊 Aparthotel 2 (max 6 people). 😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 4 (max 6 people). 😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 1 (max 2 people).😊😊 If you seek privacy, comfort, good sleep and the cosy feeling of home, this is the best place for your stay in Kaunas. ApartHotel SAVAS 3 Studio and parking is located in a calm area, only a 10min drive🚖 away from the city centre 🕍. Bus stops and small shops 🛒 are close by, so you will find everything you need in a short walking distance. Studio is located on the 3rd floor. It is 31m2 and you won't share the space with others. The space consists of: a kitchen with all necessary equipment, private bathroom (soap and shampoo provided), smoking area outside (smoking indoors is prohibited). There is a parking area with a security camera (free) . PRICE LIST City Tax (1 person per day ) 2 Eur Laundry service- 5 Eur. Extra guest (with/without sleepover) 10 Eur. Įmonėms sąskaitų - faktūrų nerašome. Užsakant asmenims, išrašome prekių ( paslaugų ) pirkimo - pardavimo kvitą. Reception is open 24/7 and will provide you the keys upon your arrival (ring the doorbell). ! IMPORTANT: - No parties allowed. Silent hours from 11PM to 9AM.⌚ - Unapproved/unregistered guests will be asked to leave - Please don't forget to register small children as they are also considered as guests.
