The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a balcony and a free underground parking slot. An elevator will allow you to comfortably rise from the parking lot to the upper floors. Guests can also enjoy the magnificent panorama of Vilnius Old Town from the shared terrace on the roof. There is a children's playground in the yard. A closed yard and a well-maintained territory provide security and comfort. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, recuperation, adjustable lighting.
