97 sqm apt. “Helios Extra luxury apartment in Vilnius skyscraper" is on 11th floor of 26 floors in city center with nice views to all sides of Vilnius. Old town is 15-20 min. by feet 2 bus stops/3 EUR by taxi. Near Litexpo, Vingio park. Apartment is for 9 persons. Dogs are allowed extra charge 10 EUR/night. It is convenient to bring dogs outside to small park. It has all amenities for short or long stay: bedlinen, towels, toiletries, iron and ironing board, balcony. Kitchen is full equipped: all dishes and technique.
I've been letting a number of apartments for 17 years and have a lot of experience with guests from different countries. I do my best to make my guests feel comfortable. I am friendly ant approachable and I always try to take into account the wishes of my guests. I love people, personal communication, travelling, painting, arts, architecture, yoga, Pilates and dogs. I am available 24/7 for my guests via a phone call or messages. If there is an urgency, I can come within 15 min to the apartment.
Vingis tree park, Litexpo are in 1 km. Supermarket IKI on site, pharmacy, SEB bank and cash machine, restaurants, shops in shopping mall in the same building. Nice breakfast coffee shops on other side of the Savanoriu prospect. Small park for walking dogs in front of the house. Underground garage on -1 floor for free. Garbage containers on -1st floor. Entrance to underground garage is on the -1 floor from Savanoriu str. and Konarskio pr. using remote control. First take keys and remote control from the key box on 11th floor.
