An exclusive summer house built with love in a unique location near Suvingis lake in the village of Karliškiai, intended for peaceful relaxation in nature. The house stands on a hill, next to a forest with natural bird habitats, and the special Suvingis lake is also nearby. Therefore, you can always admire the wonderful views around you, hear the voices of birds and see them fly by, see wild animals passing by or simply enjoy the enchanting views of nature. The house with all the infrastructure for quality recreation is easily accessible from Vilnius (91 km) or Kaunas (97 km). Inside, you will find absolutely everything that is common for living in the city and at the same time necessary in nature, so that your vacation is carefree. Outside, a scenic path leads to the lake with a comfortable swimming area, next to the house - a wood-fired hot tub with a Jacuzzi , a barbecue and a " sit-on-top " type kayak for 2 adults with comfortable seats and safety vests. If you decide to fish in the lake, the same rules apply as in the whole of Lithuania (a permit is purchased separately). If you decide to rest or spend your working days in seasons other than summer, the house is completely suitable for living, heated by an air-to-air heat pump and a Norwegian wood-burning stove. Do you drive an electric car? Come without the fear of "not finding a place to charge the battery in the countryside". You can safely charge the car in the parking lot (equipped with a 11 kW socket). If you decide to explore the picturesque surroundings on your bikes, you will go to the "maiden" stone of Karliškiai , maybe you will visit the Bukaučiškiai chapel with its own history, and maybe even to Varėna along the embankment of the old railway, or simply follow the Google map, you will go around Lake Suvingis and admire the breathtaking surroundings of Daugai. By the way, the nearest grocery store in Daugai is 5 km away, as is the charming town of Daugai itself, which comes to life in the summer, but also attracts tourists at other times of the year.
