The apartment was arranged in 2022 in the attic of a private house built in 1922. The place is very cosy and has a good vibe. The overall palette of the space is light and airy, giving a unified and calming feel. The apartment has an open plan layout to make the most of the existing space. There is a small bedroom that fits a comfortable double bed, a dresser, an armchair and a clothing rack. The living room space is divided into two zones. The cosy seating area is furnished with a functional and comfortable corner sofa with a sleeping function, a nested coffee table set, an armchair and a bean bag chair. The spacious dining area has a straight-line kitchen with basic appliances and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a shower, a WC and a sink. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating. There is always warm water. The best thing about the apartment is the location. The apartment is within several minutes walking distance from the bus and train stations and from the main pedestrian area, Liberty Avenue. Being centrally located, the neighbourhood with 15 houses is incredibly quiet, calm and safe. There are two parks at both ends of the street. The host lives downstairs and is always ready to answer your needs. Pets are welcome, but a cleaning fee of 12 euros is applied. Pets should NEVER be LEFT ALONE in the apartment unattended. Location, location, location. The property is centrally located in a quiet residential area next to the park with little traffic. It is 7 min. walk from Kaunas Bus Station, 15 min. walk from Kaunas Train Station, 7 min. walk from Airport Bus stop, 7 min. walk to the main pedestrian avenue - the Laisvės Boulevard with shops and restaurants, 10 min. walk to the shopping centre Akropolis, 10 min. walk to the market place, 10 min. walk to Žalgiris Arena, 15 min. walk to Darius and Girėnas Stadium. The main museums (M.K. Ciurlionis Gallery, the Devil museum, the Picture Gallery, the Art Deco Era apartment-museum, Sugihara House, etc.) are all within walking distance. There is a choice of jogging routes in the Oak Tree Park Azuolynas on the hill, the Nemunas River Island with Zalgiris Arena Swimming Pool or along the Nemunas River towards the Old Town.
