The newly renovated Mariu villa awaits customers who value authenticity and tranquility. The villa is located on the shore of the lagoon, although not all rooms have a direct view of the lagoon, it can be admired from the common terrace and garden. The residents of the apartments will have a direct view of the lagoon and a separate entrance. Although the villa has been renovated, it feels like a part of history, appreciated by the residents with an artistic soul.
