Just a two-minute walk away, you’ll find a restaurant and a Maxima supermarket for your daily needs. The bus station is only a 2–3 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to the city center whenever you wish. The sea is about a five-minute walk away, making it an excellent choice for beach lovers. The beach is dog-friendly, so you can enjoy walks along the shore with your pet. In winter, the area also offers opportunities for snowboarding. In the surrounding area, you’ll find several cozy cafés where you can enjoy coffee, snacks, or meals.
