Guests can expect privacy with little to no host presence. The host is able to come in when needed and will respond to messages or calls. I am always happy to communicate with guests and always try to fulfill different wishes. In addition, I will do my best to help you with any issues that may arise during your stay at the at Villa EverGreen. My personal hobbies are traveling, cycling and basketball.

Property info

After a 7-year break, the villa is reopened and we are pleased to welcome guests to stay! Villa is located in the downtown and offers easy access to multiple shopping centers, entertainment and tourist attractions. Villa contains a large garden area and patio for outdoor activities. At the Villa there are four private bedrooms (one downstairs and three upstairs) and two full bathrooms (one downstairs bathroom with a shower and one upstairs bathroom with a bathtub). In the shared space of the villa the quests may use the kitchen with essential cooking utensils, in the dining-living room there is a bar area, a large banquet table, a lounge, indoor fireplace, a TV with Сmart TV.... Bed linens, towels and essentials are provided. Garage parking and Wi-Fi are free of charge. The villa has a separate drying/ironing room. Villa EverGreen offers 213 sqm fully furnished private house with plenty of space for families or groups of travelers who appreciate comfort and tranquility. Up to 13 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

Neighborhood info

Villa EverGreen is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Vilnius - Žvėrynas (English: menagerie). One of the largest mall in the city "Panorama" is just 200 meters away from the villa. Several other shopping centers are just a few minutes' drive away. There's also quite a few good restaurants and bars in the area. A Lux Express international bus stop is also nearby.
