I am an active man, I like to travel, discover, experience, communicate :) I've stayed everywhere from tents and huts to hotels and apartments during my travels, so I put all my experience into this studio. My goal - you wanting to come back to stay again!

A spacious exclusive loft furnished by a well-known designer is best for 2 person, but also comfortable for 4. On the panoramic roof terrace, guests can relax, have morning coffee or evening wine outside. Modern flat with french balcony is located on the high floor and accessible by elevator. Loft is fully equipped - TV, kitchen equipment, air conditioner, washer. Your daily trips don't require a car. City center, Žalgiris arena, museums, mall is within walking distance. Parking is free for now, later - in the street 0,6 eur/h (8-20).

Neighborhood info

The apartment is brand new in the renovated building. However, some maintenance works are still happening in the neighbourhood and area.
