🏡 1. About the property Villa Arjola is a cozy countryside house in the village of Kaltanėnai, surrounded by pine trees, only 100 m from the Žeimena River and 200 m from Lake Žeimenys. It’s ideal for both peaceful family holidays and active nature experiences. The house features three bedrooms (bed linen and towels included), two toilets, a shower, a washing machine and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, dishes, and tableware. Guests can also enjoy a banquet hall and a relaxation room after sauna or hot tub sessions. Outside you'll find a gazebo, barbecue area with firewood and utensils, a pull-up bar, TELIA TV, Wi-Fi, karaoke equipment with speakers and microphone, a guitar, and an accordion. The house has quality heating that ensures a stable temperature all year round. We also offer handmade products: hot tubs, saunas, grills, stoves, loungers, beds, and outdoor furniture.

Our son Haroldas helped build the house, Indrė brings creativity, and Mykolas brings humor. We host only one group at a time to guarantee privacy and peace for every visitor.
