Located in a 3-storey brick villa with only 12 cozy units (18–36 m²), each fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette and household appliances. Guests can enjoy a private fenced courtyard with greenery, BBQ area, 9 parking spaces, and automatic gates. Excellent location: cycling paths (200 m), Palanga city center (1.8 km), grocery store (150 m), and Palanga Airport (5 km). Public transport and taxi stop are nearby.
