The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has heated floor and has a large panoramic window facing the garden. The ground floor also has a toilet with shower and a separate utility room / laundry, and the hallway has a large wardrobe. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Heated bath floors provide extra comfort on cooler days. There are 2 terraces in the garden: wooden terrace with dining table for 6 and chairs to enjoy your lunch or dinner in nature during the warm season and a small terrace with coffee table and chairs in front of the house for a morning coffee or tea. Villa TILA is in the exclusive part of Palanga - all popular places are within walking distance. It is in the city center, but away from the noisy main streets. You can reach the beach in about 12 minutes, the Botanical Garden and the Amber Museum in about 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes you can reach the Church of the Assumption, the Concert Hall, the newly built communal pool, farmers' markets and the main pedestrian (V. Basanavicius) street. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area and the nearest grocery store is just 3 minutes away. If you want to visit other interesting places near Palanga - such as the port city of Klaipeda or the UNESCO World Heritage Curonian Spit - you can reach them by bus (bus station is just 10 minutes away) or by car (you can reach Klaipeda in 30 minutes). Palanga Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus.
