Villa"Grabyte"has a traditional architecture for that period and was built from wood. It has two floors and around 200sq.m.On the ground floor you will find the main spaces to share. All these living areas have about 100sq.m. and are used by our guests who rent single rooms. If you take all three rooms,the entire house will be yours. Upstairs, you will be welcomed by our unique suites each one with its own private bathroom.There is a spacious entrance hall with wardrobes,a dining room with an extendable table for 4-6 persons and some other dining tables all around the main area that each fit two people. There is also a large living room with a TV and various sitting lounges. Behind this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with isle and bar chairs for 6 persons. If you go further, you will find a small laundry room with all necessary appliances and a separate bathroom.Villa is surrounded by a 1400 sq. m. private garden with pines and acacia trees all around.There is a terrace with leisure and dining areas, a fireplace for barbecues and a private parking.We truly hope you will find peace and relaxation, yet you will appreciate and respect every corner designed with care in this villa.

This villa was bought by our great-grandfather in 1933, Colonel Engineer Domininkas Grabys and his wife Bronislava Grabiene. Their daughters Irena Grabyte and Bronislava Grabyte were born and raised there. The villa was built in 1928, during the period between world wars. At that time, the neighborhood of Panemune had a well-deserved status of a resort and was a very popular holiday location. Villa “Grabyte” was renovated in 2021 to become a guest house. Most of the antique furniture and objects belong to our family’s past. We have refurbished the house combining the comfort and design with vintage details. Art Deco decorations and eclectic style create a special atmosphere in every room. Here authenticity meets innovation for a perfect harmony.
