The reception and main entrance are closed on Sundays and on Mondays from 12:00 (noon). From Tuesday to Saturday, the main entrance is open during the restaurant's opening hours: 11:45–15:00 and 18:30–23:00.

Outside these hours, guests can access the hotel at any time via the night entrance using a personal access code. Arrivals outside reception hours are welcome — all arrival details, including self check-in instructions, are sent a few days before your arrival date. Online check-in is available for your convenience.

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11:45–15:00 and 18:30–23:00 (closed on Sundays and Mondays). Advance reservations are highly recommended.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00, including Sundays and Mondays, for EUR 20 per person.

All rooms feature underfloor cooling — a silent, draft-free alternative to conventional air conditioning. Please note that this system provides gentle, gradual cooling and maintains a comfortable room climate rather than the intense cold of traditional AC.
