We provide a smooth and straightforward check-in process, along with all the essential information for accessing our reception-free properties, sent to you via email prior to your arrival. Our team is also available to assist with any emergencies or additional questions, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on weekends and Luxembourgish bank holidays from 10:00 to 19:00. Our emergency line team is available for access assistance and emergencies (reservations and check in assistance is only available during office hours).

Newly built house located in proximity to Luxembourg City. Each room has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. A separate key to enter your private areas for additional security. The living room, modern kitchen, garden and downstairs terrace are shared areas. The house is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. WiFi, towels, bed linen and everything essential are included for your perfect stay. Located in a calm, residential area in Reckenthal, Strassen with bus stops nearby, free public transport can take you to the Luxembourg city center in 12 minutes. Cleaning of shared spaces once per week will be included in your booking. Additional services, such as room cleaning can be requested with additional fee. We offer fully digital access (reception-free), so completing the online pre check-in up to 18:45 on the day of arrival is required to access the property. The online pre check in consists of the following steps: filling the information form, paying the security deposit and uploading a valid ID (passport or European ID card only, no driver's license or resident permit accepted). We are happy to accommodate late arrival requests if the online pre check in process is completed on time. Located in a calm, residential area in Reckenthal, Strassen with bus stops nearby, public transport can take you to the Luxembourg city center in 12 minutes. Reckenthal House is 5 mins by foot from the main road Route d’Arlon which was many restaurants and supermarkets and a shopping center. It is a 15 minute walk from the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg.
