The area offers easy access to public transport, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday services. It is an excellent base for business travellers, tourists and short city stays. The old town, shopping areas and business districts can be reached quickly by foot, bus or tram. As with many central urban locations, the neighbourhood may be lively during certain hour
