Please note that The Queen Luxury Apartments - Villa Carlotta has no reception. Please contact the property 30 minutes in advance for check-in arrangements. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Guests who expect to arrive later than the check-in times mentioned in the Policies are required to contact the property for confirmation. For late check-in, additional check-in fees are applicable.

Please note that the attic apartments are on the 7th floor and the lift goes only till the 6th. This means that for the last floor stairs need to be used.

At check-in guests are required to show a valid ID card with photo, as well as a copy of the credit card used for making the reservation. In case this is not presented, the entire amount of the reservation will have to be paid. For reservations made by a third party, you need to fill-in an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and of the credit card used for making the reservation.

Please note that check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and up to 12:00 a.m. (the latest possible check-in time), a late check-in fee of €40 will apply.
