“shopping centers nearby. plenty of parking spots. location is outside of jurmala’s paid zone so no need to buy the jurmala pass. everything was very clean. for €46.03 it has the best value for money around the entire neighbourhood.”

A bright and cozy one-room apartment is available for rent from the owner, freshly renovated. The apartment is located on Tallinas Street, 10 minutes from the sea. Inside, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people: a 2-seater sofa bed, a single sofa, a wardrobe, a convenient entrance hall, a mirror, a washing machine, a TV, and unlimited high-speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, crockery sets, extractor fan. There is a balcony. The windows face south. Friendly neighbors. The apartment can be viewed any day. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores (RIMI, Maxima, Lidl), two markets (one of which is covered), pharmacies, a fitness center, a clinic, and schools. The bus stop is within walking distance. There is a parking lot and a well-equipped playground in the courtyard.
