The camping site Baiļi is located 1.2 mi away from the town of Valmiera. It offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a sauna. Valmiera Train Station is about 2.5 mi away. Baiļi offers wooden bungalows designed in the local style as well as rooms in the main building. Each room is nonsmoking and comes with a TV and a bathroom. There is a ski slope located 98 feet from the Baiļi where guests can ski and snowboard. Winter sports equipment can be hired from the camping staff and skiing lessons are also offered. In the summer Baiļi organizes canoeing trips on the rivers Gauja and Salaca. Gauja National Park, the largest one in Latvia, is about 5.6 mi away.
