This is a historical 1930s house that has been completely renovated leaving much of authentic detailing intact while introducing modern amenities for comfortable living. Detailed interior photos will be provided to qualified tenants only due to security precautions.
Utmost helpful and hospitable guy when it comes to hosting guests in our City. Know my ropes around the Town! Whether you are in for some water-sports(windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, speed-boating, mountain biking, general recreation, what not...) or just for some sunbathing sessions, good dining experience and else - I will be at your disposal to tip you off how not to waist a fortune and get most out of your time! Owner or owners trustee will be available 24/7.
Forest preserve Dzintaru Mezaparks, Railway station Dzintari, Dzintari Concert Hall, Beach Front in close proximity, Dzintari Train Station is right across the street. Please note that due to the fact that house is located in near vicinity of Dzintari railway station and a bridge there might be possibility for some noise, but it has never been an issue to any guests. Building itself is utmost sound proof, quite and calming inside. At the same time its close proximity to the train makes it very easy to plan for a day trip or night out in Riga.
