The building is located at a strategically favourable place – less than a 10-minute walk away from the sea with magnificent seashore, Saulkrasti train station, Neibāde Park and Saulkrasti Open-Air Stage, beach cafes, supermarket and market. Professionals with the highest qualifications have worked on the development of design and construction of the building. In terms of its location, layout, equipment and interior, the two-storey building, finished at the beginning of the summer of 2022, meets the highest modern requirements and will satisfy even the most sophisticated guests. A full range of household appliances and service is provided to clients.
