Members residence - OSOBNYAK is a newly built luxury house located in the heart of Jurmala within 150m proximity from the beach and within moments walk to Baltic Beach SPA and Dzintaru concert hall. This is a reconstructed 1910's period building, preserving the spirit of the classical Latvian romanticism area in its authentic wooden architecture. Fully furnished apartment brings the atmosphere of home and comes with a private terrace space; fitted appliances (washing machine, dish washer, thermostat, under floor heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite, intercom); internal area starting from 80 sq.m. There is an underground and an overground parking space available along with a personal storage room located in the basement level of the house. Tenants have got private access to the garden, chill out areas based on the ground floor and the terrace, concierge service upon request, along with the SPA amenities and gym facilities available at the next door sister residence.
