Property info

A peaceful and centrally-located resting place after a long travelling or working day. Wake up with a hot tasteful coffee made by yourself with our coffee machine. It's a 4 bedroom, cozy and bright apartment on the 2nd floor in a building, located right next to Avalon Hotel and Conference. We are offering accommodation unit by unit (room by room), so please note that there will be other guests who are staying in other bedrooms during your stay in our apartment.

Neighborhood info

It will take you 10 minutes walking to Origo shopping center, where you can also find a Rimi Hyper Supermarket, but just 5 minutes walking to Riga Central Market. Turn on the right from the apartment, it will take you directly to the Oldtown in a few minutes where you can find a dynamic nights in Riga. Bus station to the airport is just downstairs in a few minutes walking. Going to Sigulda, Jurmala, Saulkrasti and many other interesting cities from Riga, you can easily take a train of which the station is right next to Origo shopping center.
