Cozy studio apartment with a large loggia on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The apartment has a pull-out corner sofa and one 160x200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a dining table, 2 chairs, 2 stools, a radio, a TV and an open heated wall cabinet with the possibility of drying laundry and shoes. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, an induction hob, an electric kettle, a fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom has a stone mass corner bath and a sink, a toilet, a wardrobe with two drawers, a mirror and a hairdryer. The loggia has two chairs, a table, a double bench and a wall-mounted clothes dryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment and the staircase are a non-smoking area! The apartment is not suitable and is not rented for parties!

The apartment is located 900 m from the biathlon and cross-country skiing sports base Smeceres sils, 500 m from the Madona city stage, 100 m from the nearest grocery store Lats, 1.5 km from the city center and 3 km from the karting track. Suitable for athletes, individual travelers and families with children who want to stay apart from other guests of the city.
