My name is Mustapha, and I run this camp and organize trips and excursions in the Mhamid desert with the great support of my family. I was born and raised in the desert.

Property info

Our camp is located 55 kilometers from the center of M'hamid village. This is where the road ends and desert Trips begins, from our guest House - Dar Mhamid - perfect starting point for any trip deeper into the Sahara Desert. We are happy to provide and arrange your desert Stay with our experienced guides from Mhamid desert . We offer accommodation in our permanent bivouac. Moroccan breakfast is always included in the price. There is a restaurant where our guests enjoy delicious traditional Moroccan meals, in the evening, around the camp fire, listening to the stories of grandparents in the desert and the songs of the nomads under the beautiful starry sky. It is a perfect place to forget your routine and stay in peace and silence, and spend some time with yourself.

Neighborhood info

You will be welcome to join our desert adventure! Our bivouac is located in the great Sahara Desert to the south and the charming village of M'hamid in southeastern Morocco. Departing from our guesthouse in the center of Mhamid, a visit to the beautiful sand dunes offers a beautiful view of the great Erg Chigaga dunes. We are located 2 hours into the desert, passing through the oasis and nomadic families of Erg Chigaga (or 4 days o trekking) from the wild nature reserve.
