New T3 flat located in a quiet residence in Hay mohmmadi district overlooking the motagnes and the khasba with Wi-Fi , 10 minutes from the beach by car or taxi 6km by walking Spacious, bright and comfortable, is perfect for working or spending time with family or friends.

*The bedroom: has a double bed (bedside tables with lamps and sockets on each side), a wardrobe with bed linen provided.
