Welcome and camp details, Welcome to the Sahara Desert! Our camp set in the Erg Chebbi desert, you will enjoy panoramic views, traditional Berber hospitality, an overnight in our tents equipped with electricity, bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, beautiful decorations, and everything you need to enjoy the Moroccan Desert to the fullest. Our traditional Berber tents set in the unforgettable setting of the Erg Chebbi Dunes, in Southeastern Morocco. Our tents are a usual camping experience ;) You will have very comfortable mattresses and pillows, Western-style bathroom hot water facilities, beautiful decorative carpets and textiles covering the sand and tents, and flexible sleeping arrangements depending on how many are in your group. We have dinner and breakfast available on-site. cooked for you by the local people. Enjoy the magnificent Sahara Desert complete with a night sky full of stars, local Berber music by the fire, and a truly unique and special experience.
I (Omar) and my co-hosts will be there the whole time to help you with anything you might need during your stay with us in our Camp. We love meeting people from all over the world, sharing stories and our culture with you.
*Important transportation to get to the camp information!* This is a one-of-a-kind Glamping camp experience in the Sahara Desert of merzouga The price given here on this website is only for the tent and breakfast In additional, you will have to make travel arrangements to get to the tent in the desert. It is most common to come to the camp by camel ride, or by car (4x4) is also available. You can book your preferred transport with us, by contacting us after you booked for the overnight. -Dinner at the camp 15 euros per person - Traveling by camel ride is an additional 30 euros per person (payable on arrival). - Travel by car is an additional 25 euros per person (jeep ). (payable on arrival). Camel ride and jeep ride way back from the camp and dinner price just 55 euros per person 1h 30 minutes to get to the camp by camel ride. Please specify in your booking whether you would like to travel to the camp by camel or by car! No need to pay for this in advance, we can receive payment for travel when you arrive. Cash is preferred. Your rental car stay in our parking place free -Sandboarding at the camp free.
