This superb palace is located near to place “el hedim” and the wonderful door “bab el mansour” in the heart of the Medina of Meknes, an authentic city of the Arab world classified by Unesco. The Riad D'or meknes, built in the 1791 and recently restored with passion and respect of characteristic Moroccan architecture, is one of the most beautiful guest house in Meknes. It presents rooms and suites surrounding flowered patios. Fes Sais International Airport is 48 mi away. We would like to inform you that our Riad has a restaurant, available by reservation only. Please note that the restaurant may be closed during the day if there are no reservations. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Property info

The Riad d'Or is actually composed of 3 riads, which have been connecte together and arranged to create a single large residence. Its labyrinth-like appearance gives it a new charm. Its 750m² surface area, much larger than that of the other riads in the medina, also allows it to have a large rooftop and a swimming pool with a 360° panoramic view over the whole city.

Neighborhood info

Located in the medina of Meknes, the Riad d'Or is in the heart of the traditional city. Not far from the great mosque, the Bouanania Medrassa and the souks, or the Lahdim Square and the Bab Mansour Gate. Our Riad is less than a quarter of an hour's walk from the most important historical places in Meknes.
