Company info

The riad belongs to established musician Lata Gouveia who sometimes hosts workshops in Taroudant and has a connection to the desert blues music scene in Morocco. His wife, Kinga Rose, also an artist and piano teacher from Hungary. The couple together created a refreshing and inspiring place to relax and connect with Morocco's artistic scene. When they are away, the day to day management is done by their dedicated and friendly staff who can provide all the information about what to see, where to eat, and what to do in town.

Property info

One of the oldest historic riads in the heart of the Taroudant medina, inside the Unesco World Heritage walls. This riad has four suites with stunning interior design and traditional tadlakt bathrooms, a beautiful and refreshing patio and several rooftop terraces. The guest house is five minutes walk from the Arabian and Berber Souks and from the Kasbah. Traditional moroccan breakfast is included and there is safe on street parking a few meters away from the riad.

The charming and lively neighbourhood is a time capsule. The streets are buzzing with fresh fruit and vegetable vendors, horse-driven carts and friendly shopkeepers.
