There are 2 15 floor buildings which was completed in 2012. It is one of the elite properties in Chisinau. Our company offers multiple apartments with different designs and sizes. We have 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments available with city or lake views. All of them are brand new, individually designed in latest trends and equipped with all necessary things. We will be here 24/7 to assist you with any matter like food delivery, city guidance, VIP Touristic Tours, car hiring, translation services and etc. Our mission is to create a place in Moldova for our clients where they can feel like at home.

First of all Eldorado Terra is a lakefront condominium and the 9 hectares of beautiful lakes, trees, valleys will be within walking distance from you. Here you can try a boat walks, horse riding, and biking, hiking and even fishing. And of course you can just enjoy the nature and a fresh air. Right in Eldorado building is located the most luxury Wellness and Spa Center - Aquaterra. Here you can try 7 types of sauna, 25m swimming pool, hot tube, rain shower, massage, fly yoga, gym and etc. The single visit charge is 50 euro/day. For weekly pass we will provide a special offer. Also there are Aquaterra beauty salon, cosmetology center and spa center. All information and special will be available for you if you will choose us. Also there is a lakefront restaurant "The Park". It has a really great summer terrace and good selection of wines. Just 5 minutes walking and there is one trendier restaurant "OSHO Bar&Kitchen". I recommend you to try steaks there. Again 5 minutes walking and you can find a Jumbo shopping center and Fidesco grocery store. There are much more options and I am willing to share it with you people.
