Our apartment is located just by the seaside with a picturesque sea view. You can enjoy sunsets on the large terrace while sipping wine.
It is refurbished in 2022 and all appliances and furniture are brand new. It is situated on the second floor of a family building.
There are two public beaches just across the street with no crowd.
One of the finest sandy beaches in Montenegro, Sutomore City Beach, is just couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
There are groceries a hundred meters from it, as well as couple of decent restaurants.
There is a paid parking across the street, owned by nearby hotel. if you wish to park there, advanced reservation is necessary. Current price is 8 EUR per day.
Free WiFi is provided, as well as cable TV.
Apartment is fully equipped with appliances, like Smart flat TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, etc.
Fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, with free toiletries and cosmetics are on disposal of our guests.
Our goal is that our guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their vacation and to come back next summer.
Customers' satisfaction is of great importance to us.
Sutomore is a small coastal town in Bar Municipality, Montenegro. It is known for one of the largest sandy beaches in the country. At the opposite side of the apartment's location, in the town center, you can find a lot of decent restaurants and cafes and also this is a place of intensive night life.
There are also several historical landmarks to which you can take a walking tour.
Sutomore is situated in the central part of Montenegrin coastline, so you can easily visit Bar and Ulcinj, as well as Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi by car.
There is a train station in it, so you can decide to visit Montenegro's capital, Podgorica, or to have a daily excursion to the north of the country.
Sutomore is also known for its night life. There are a lot of clubs which play loud music, so you might experience a noisy nights during peak season. Anyway, parties finish at 1 AM.
If you are using navigation software to guide you to our apartment, please make note of the following:
The road along the beach in Sutomore is closed during summer (June to September).
When you enter Sutomore (directions from Podgorica or Tivat), continue towards City of Bar and let navigation software correct direction.
