Fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, they offer a cozy home-away-from-home atmosphere combined with breathtaking panoramas of the Adriatic Sea and the Budva Riviera. From your windows and terraces, you can enjoy views of St. Nikola Island, Mogren Fortress, and the beautiful Montenegrin coastline, while relaxing in a peaceful setting away from the crowds. Please note that the pool on our property is not available during the 2026 season.

The Altezza Complex is located on Vidikovac Hill (which translates as "View Point"), approximately 120 meters above sea level. This elevated position is what makes the views so special and allows our guests to enjoy privacy, tranquility, and fresh sea air even during the peak summer season. Although Budva Old Town, beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are only about a 20-minute walk away, the return journey is uphill and can be quite challenging, especially during the warmer months. For this reason, many guests prefer to use a taxi, which is affordable, readily available, and takes only a few minutes. For those who enjoy walking, however, the route offers beautiful scenery and rewarding views along the way. You will also need to register as a tourist within your first day in Montenegro and pay the tourist tax.
